Food Truck Insurance Olympia Washington —The Incident Part 3.

In part 2 of the incident we find our truck driver Al stuck behind a food truck, at first Al believes the driver has experienced some type of mechanic issue as no one simply stops their vehicle without reason at a green light.

However, the driver of the food truck has not turned on his hazard lights or gotten out of the vehicle and apparently is simply sitting in his front seat doing nothing, stopped for no apparent reason at the green light.

If we recall Al was just threatened with the loss of his job only minutes before getting stuck behind this food truck and he blows his horn several times, then a growing chorus of other vehicles behind Al’s truck who are likewise stopped blow their horns intermittently as well.

After all of the horn blowing from Al and more than a dozen other vehicles, the food truck doesn’t move an inch. Al blows his horn again and the driver doesn’t get out of his truck to signal something is amiss, and then then the light at the intersection begins to turns yellow, and then moments later it turns red.

Al’s face turns red, his blood pressure increases exponentially, and he is only 20 minutes away from getting fired so he does the only logical thing anyone would do in his position.

Al jumps out of his tractor and runs up to the food truck on the passenger side to find out why the Food truck is not moving.

Frankie, our food truck driver in question, is so focused on texting his friend Melissa he completely tuned out all of the noise from the blowing horns behind him until, what he would later describe to the police who had taken his statement, that a man, who was at least 7 feet tall roared like a crazed grizzly bear and tried to rip the door off of his food truck to kill him!

Because Frankie was in fear of his life as he claimed in his statement to the police, he stomped on the gas pedal of his truck, driving through the red light where he had been previously stopped as fast as he could to get away from a mad man!
