Her right hand including her index and ring finger suffered second- and third-degree burns and she would miss several months of work in her recovery.

As was mentioned above Mac on the other hand got the worst of it — he suffered second and third degree burns over both hands.  Over time the injuries were healed and Mac within 18 months would be able to resume his duties as top coding programmer for the tech company he worked for.

However as is true in all serious incidents where liability is very clear, lawsuits were filed against Featherstone Food Trucks, LLC based on the actions of Sean Forks.

Regrettably the 2 lawsuits filed against Featherstone Food Trucks, LLC would not be the only incident resulting in litigation against the beleaguered Food Truck Company that occurred on this day.
